Husband to Melissa, father to Delaney and cat dad to Magic, Smokey and Blackjack.  Graduate of McLeansboro High School ('87), Charter member of Rend Lake College men's golf team and a former PGA of America Professional.  Enjoys cooking, singing and playing guitar, preaching the Gospel and loving my church family.  Called to pastor @ DBC July 2014 to present.  

Husband to Sarah, father to Caleb and Sadie.  Has been part of this church all his life and serves in various roles as needed.

Ashley is the wife of Scotty and step-mother to Raistlyn & Riley. Her goal in life is to be a prayer warrior, to encourage others, and to share Jesus with as many people as possible. She enjoys reading, diamond art, and swimming. She thinks sunflowers are beautiful and that wolves and bears are the most gorgeous animals God created.  When not in church she can be found at SSM working as a Patient Access Representative or at home taking a nap. Ashley also serves as a children’s church & Club 19:14 teacher to pre-K student’s. 

Originally from Terre Haute, IN, Melissa has been serving in youth and drama ministries since the late 90s. She has recently stepped out of her comfort zone and into leading worship. Wife to Pastor Brad and mother to Delaney, Melissa also serves others as a Surgery Scheduler at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL In her spare time, Melissa enjoys indoor activities such as baking, shopping, and decorating.
 

Wife to Bob, mother to Daniel & Bethany, grandma to Katlynn, Easton, & Colton. She loves spending time with family and friends, reading murder mysteries, writing fiction, growing millions of flowers. and teaching children about God's love for them.

Husband to Ashley, father to Raistlyn & Riley. Scotty is an accomplished artist and avid outdoor enthusiast. He says his favorite hobby is collecting other hobbies. Among these are drawing portraits, bushcrafting, hiking, backpacking, wood carving, and many more. He has never met a cup of coffee he wasn't friends with.

Husband to Angela. Dad to Elijah, Abel, Amelia, and Prudence. Graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and currently studying at Liberty University Online. He enjoys spending time with family, playing drums, carpentry, and serving wherever God leads.
